As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent 24 hours in advance by SMS text message to the contact information given at time of booking. Failing to respond to these messages or not confirming your appointment does not count as cancelling your appointment.

You may cancel or modify your appointment without being charged anytime 48 hours preceding the start time of your appointment. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to occur, you will be subject to a late cancellation fee of 50% of the total service price.

If you do not show for your appointment, you will be considered a “no show” and will be subject to 100% of the total service price.

Please provide a cancellation notice at least 24+ hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee by reaching out to your stylist via the salon front desk.

We will always try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. However, due to our number of bookings per day, you may have to forgo parts of the service in order to keep it within the time allotted originally booked, OR reschedule your appointment for a different time, which will result in a cancellation fee.

We acknowledge that each scenario is unique so please reach out to your stylist or the salon front desk if you are running late so that they can work with you to create the best solution for both parties.
